Not sure about the quality of the pillows
The boxes were bent and crushed when I received them. After covering the pool and filling the pillows with water, two of the pillows have lost their water.
Great site, great price, and quick ship!
Easy to navigate their website, quickly found what I needed and placed my order (new pump and filter). As promised, shipped the next business day and arrived the very next day. And it was on sale!

This was our first order from Doheny’s
This was our first order from Doheny’s. We were not impressed. The items ordered, totaled more than $300.00. Each item we ordered, said”next day.” We ordered on a Sunday, so I knew we wouldn’t get our shipment, until Tuesday. We received one of the four items. We received two more the next day. When I called, I was told it was because of the shipper, FedEx. If you use a shipper that does not get your stuff to a particular place on time, do not advertise that. You are not the only part of that equation. I had to call about my fourth item that never shipped out. The lady told me, she would re-order the item. She would also give me a $15 credit, for my trouble. After several days, I did not receive either. I called again and a gentleman finally got my closing kit here, the next day. You really dropped the ball, Doheny‘s!!!
The pump on my in ground pool quit…
The pump on my in ground pool quit working. Everyone I talked to told me a new one would cost me about 1200 dollars. I investigated and found exactly what I needed on the Dogeny site. I ordered a new pump for about half the cost. We installed it and it works perfectly.

I ordered two items. One was shipped and received promptly. The other item is on back order. The date of its shipping has been moved 3 times. Waiting now to see what new shipping date will be announced in yet another email. This item is a winterizing product for closing a pool for the fall-winter season. I am really hoping this item is shipped before late fall arrives!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They have managed to run off this customer as I won’t be purchasing from them again after this debacle. I purchased an “in stock” diving board, but after paying the $900, they immediately delayed shipping due to backorder. No info on delivery date until I emailed and asked, then given a delivery date that was broken and rescheduled several times. It arrived 4 months after order, too late to use for the party we had ordered it for. Turns out it didn’t fit our application, so I asked to return, which they accepted, at my expense. I returned the board, without even removing it from the box, paying $267 for shipping. No response until I emailed and they then said they would not be refunding any of my money because it was received damaged. I am awaiting proof of this. So I have spent nearly $1200 and nothing to show for it. I would NEVER trust this company with my business again.

MY ISSUE - DOHENY'S DODGE
MY ISSUE:
I ordered PATIO TONES CREEKSTONE paint and unfortunately the actual color is significantly lighter than as displayed on your site, so much so that I wonder if it may be a bad batch.
If it is a mismatch, I would like to exchange. If it is simply a poor rendering on your site, then I would like to return for a full refund. I have attached a picture for your reference.

This is an unacceptable resolution.
I reject your instruction to contact the manufacturer for a flawed product I purchased from DOHENY. I wish a full refund with a fully paid means by which to return this defective item.
If this cannot be provided by 5 PM CST on 9/19, I expect customer service to call me.

I recently bought 6 pool water bags
I recently bought 6 pool water bags, I used three so far, two of which were leakers. I expect to patch my old bags yearly, but not the new ones. I don't really hate buying things made in China, but the quality is missing!! I'll see how the others fair next year??
Purchased pool pump motor , did not perform properly, so I returned and received full refund. I’m not happy about motor issue, but return policy and execution was quality service! I will continue doing business with Dohennys! Thanks

Placed an order and then realized I had the wrong size pool cover ,called company right back to cancel , the man said it was cancel but then I received it in mail anyway, called and was told it would cost me approximately $35.00 to mail it back , when it wasn’t my fault ! Won’t be doing business with this company and will certainly pass my experience with others!
